All Employee/Staff Emails Recorded In One Easy To Find Location
Users of Microsoft Outlook can now automatically record emails against clients, therefore eliminating double entry in favour of full information capture. You no longer need to copy and paste emails from window to window. A click of the button from your Outlook can transfer a received or sent email. So now you can be across your client's history in seconds and move forward with confidence.
Registration And Automatic Filing Of Email Attachments
In addition to registering the email in our software, should you have DocTRACER, our document management system, all attachments to emails are also automatically registered to the appropriate client and matter.
Distribution Of Emails
A distribution list feature makes it easy for you to share incoming or outgoing emails with colleagues at the workplace. Default distibution lists can be set up on a per client or per matter/project basis. This allows senior staff to ensure they are kept informed or all correspondence relating to sensitive or important areas of the business.

An email often represent a call to action. We often see ineffectiveness creeping in here, sometimes the email is forwarded onto a colleague who misplace it, a verbal communication is made which is not followed up, or the email is quite simply forgotten about. EmailTRACER allows you to quickly convert an email into a task, which then appears in an electronic intray of the responsible people, together with warnings and reminders. A common complaint of clients is that while the new machine has all their current email, not all archived email has been moved across. With our system, regardless of any email being moved, archived or deleted from within Outlook, the original email will remain logged and registered within our application, against the client matter.
This new feature is available to all our Clients using either TimeTRACER v5.0 or ContactTRACER, the client management module: technically known as a customer relationship management (CRM) tool.
